Hi Guys, Hopefully buying a 2008 3 MPS and getting rid of my current car, Mazda RX8 231, on Friday. Anything in particular I should be looking for? Car has less than 20,000 on the clock. Thanks, Bradley

I talked myself out of buying a rx8 due to reading so many issues and went with having a hatch as we have a 3 month old baby. Interested in hearing your thoughts after owning the rx8. Welcome to the club!

Welcome to the club! Hi Mate, Ive had the RX8 for 3 years now and driven about 10k miles in that time and can honestly say ive not had one problem with it. I did once "flood" the engine but takes 20 mins to sort out but still a bit of a pain. I'd recommend the RX8 to anyone to be honest but for me I just feel it lacks that instant power of a turbocharged car and you really have to get the revs up to get anything out of it and tuning them can be expensive without much power gain. Im just bored of it now too and want something different with a turbo. Id agree its not the car to have with kids really as although there are two back seats its fairly fitted seats. Bradley
