Just thought Id join to say hi. Hoping to be following thru with a purchase of a 59 3MPS with 9k on clock. Looking at the site for those questions that I cant find answers too  Required a 5 door mid size car so test drove a Focus ST - Lovely engine roar but otherwise boring and tacky Megane 225 - Yuk 3 MPS - OH MY GOD! Stunning looks, stunning interior, stunning performance A bit over budget but trying to work it out So HELLO and no doubt will be asking questions in the relevent forums

Plus the 3mps is pretty exclusive compared to other hatches u have mentioned.

As its only done 9k miles, should there be anything I am looking for?

59 plate so is a Mk2 ? Check the digital service record. Should be oil/filter change at 3k and full service at 9k. Is it from a dealer ? If so make sure they've done the 9k service or do it before buying. Check for smoking exhaust - sign of turbo abuse ( or lack of oil  ) Car takes superunleaded (98 RON minimum), they won't mention that ! Never switch off until the turbo has spooled down - all in the manual
