Hi Guys, just bought a lovely MPS 6. What a great car! 56reg 2007 car with 27k miles in Moist? silver. Very impressed with it overall - what a sleeper! It is completely standard and it will probably stay that way with the exception of a Hypertech tuning box! Anyway, I have been scanning a lot previous posts on here and I'm very impressed. Plenty of helpful folk it would seem. Just one question for the moment - on the inside of the drivers door, the chunky bit where you pull the door closed, where your fingers go if you like, I can see a screw head. Is this normal? I suspect there is supposed to be a small piece of carpet type material to cover it up and finish it off nicely. I am right? Also is there a place on-line where most oem parts can be obtained at a good price? Cheers....

There should be a piece of sticky back rubber shaped into the oblong space. Looks a bit like underlay. Should be the same as the passenger door. Funny you should ask about OEM parts.
