Morning all. I'm Rich (sadly not my financial status ) from Plymouth. I work at the Uni as a Tec/Letcherer in advanced composite materials, so a few carbon bits may get created!!!! Hopefully will be getting a very clean Mica black 6 at the start of next month. (know anyone that wants a 3 Sport? ) I've learnt loads so far just by lurking, so am off to crawl under the car tomorrow looking for diff mount probs and oil at idle, much to the surprise of the current owner . Top bloke though, no quibbles, has even offered to jack it up for me. Don't see too many MPS's around here, and mainly 3's when you do, so looking forward to a bit of exclusivity (gather there is red 6 around here, but never seen it). You're probably going to get lots of dumb arsed questions from now on. Right, I'll shut up now before you all fall asleep. richc

Welcome, where are you from? Sounds like you have found a nice one. If it is, don't let it slip through. Yes, they are very rare.

I've lived in Plymouth, 122 North Road East, next to the train station, I went to the Uni. I was based in the Smeaton building, room 218, Kit Reaves was the head of my course, that was about 10 years ago now.

What course did you do Jim? We would have been students at around the same time . Smeaton has changed a hell of a lot, in fact you'd probably struggle to find your way around the campus now. Can't find a Kit Reaves as being staff any more, but we had a massive redundancy program 18 mths ago. And cheers for the welcome lads. rich
