Hello neil 2112. Could you clarify the question about the colour of my car? I have tried loading a couple of images without success at the moment. I am new to this forum stuff. Will get there when I load some more coal into my laptop! I am looking forward to Japfest so will keep an eye out for MPS owners!

Yes my mk1 was true red!
I wasn't sure if I was a member of this forum before because when I tried to log in the site knew my email address.
Absolutely loving my car so far, took all the wheels off yesterday and cleaned them, then used a rim wax to try and keep them protected. I am taking the cleaning lark a little too seriously I think!

I used to live and work in woking quite a few years ago, then got a job in Egham and moved here after a brief stint living in Bisley.
Have been in Egham now for 3years and recently bought a house with my wife so I guess am going to be here for a few years yet. Where abouts are you from?
