A silver MPS 6 you say? You're clearly too young for such a car of exquisite taste and panache :D

:welcome:

Hello & :welcome: It is possible but wouldn't recommend it unless it's been re-mapped.

Hi there, iam insured through fluxdirect. They have a data base of insurers and they quote you the cheapest 1. If I remember correctly the name equity red star rings a bell?.. neway give flux ring and c wot they Say. I paid 1300 quid fully comp, not bad eh?. It's still a lot of money but these cars are worth it aren't they. Lol

Hmmm I will have to give them a ring, and also sky for a try too.
Admiral was the only one that would look at me when I got the car last year and when I done a quick quote just to get a rough figure it was coming out as £3000

Although some tweaking and it dropped a little.
Added my mum, dad and girlfriend as named drivers and it reduced it by about £500 haha.
Then said I was co-habiting with my partner (which is pretty much true as we stay at hers all week then mine at the weekend) and that reduced it by about £200ish
Then instead of saying its on the drive I have said street and it drops £50 :smash:

But what is interesting is if I change it from when I purchased the car from 2010 to 2009 and drops £120....eh?!?!
Thankfully I dont have kids, or that would increase it by £450...

My mate also said he said he was a surgeon and it dropped, so I tried it and it increased by £500...WTF...so I tried heaps of different "jobs" just out of interest and 'Designer' was the cheapest...so thankfully that's what I am haha!

Just over a month till its due so will start looking about soon...sorry for boring everyone, just thought it was pretty crazy to see such price changes

EDIT: I am only 20 with a crash and 9 points before everyone thinks insurance is that bad
