hello all
just bought my 6 MPS 2 weeks ago and after 3 tanks of juice i love it more each day. had 3 impreza's but reaching the old age of 30 has made me what something a bit more mellow looking but with the power still their and have deffinatly found it.
anyways no more waffling from me just a quick question on disc's and pads. needs front disc's and pads and rear pads within the next few thousand miles or so. mazda quoting 550 quid fitted for standard parts. breaking feels ok but does anyone have any suggestions of upgeades or cheaper standard parts. thanks.

Hi and :welcome: to the forum..... the MPS 6 owner population here is growing fast :thumbs: Regarding OEM disks and pads.... for a little extra cash you can upgrade! I have EBC Turbogroove discs and Yellowstuff pads and find they do the job well.

Welcome, Check this thread out;

As you are new to this site, there is a mine of info here. Amazing considering that there are probably less than 800 6MPS in the UK.

ok thanks. do you find the pads wear ok with the disc's being grooved? have always gone through pads really quick on other cars.
