Well , I had my test drive today and the salesman let me take the car all over the place , especially some good twisty country roads . Really impressed with the acceleration and the burble it makes , looked cracking in white especially as it was sunny , same fuel consumption as the Corsa , same to insure (£208) only complaint is the seats , awfully squishy and couldn't really get comfy . I'm just to used to my Recaro buckets . Undecided but I'll let the salesman know by Saturday .

where you from?go for the mps,im sure you'll like the mps however i'd say go for black the majority of mk2's that i've seen are silver,red or white  black is best
