In the Manchester area - not seen many others round here.

I've had mine for 8 months now but never really thought what if I get a puncture far from home. How do you get around the no spare wheel predicament?

Hey there
Surprised you've not seen any others.
Manchester is the most common area for them (going off MPSOC stats anyhow)
We have a Manchester monthly meet, last Wednesday of every month at wetherspoons at the chill factore, come along and say hi, we don't bite

Buy decent tyres. Don't run over crap in the road. Replace them when tread gets low. Don't have a puncture!

If you do, just follow the instructions in the pump/ repair kit. Pretty easy really. If you're a bit of a worrier, you can get a can of tyre weld foam gunk, but the downside there is you have to get the tyre off ASAP and there's a good chance it won't be repairable and will need replacing.

Or you can carry around 16Kg of ballast you will almost certainly never need...

I've seen 5 or 6 mk2s around Manchester in the past 2 months! Also, I drive past DwayneD's car everyday. Whereabouts are you bud?

I'll have to come along this month, what time do you usually meet?

I mustn't be very observant : eek2 : I'll have to keep my eyes peeled, I'm in Urmston.
