Hi guys , Ive been looking at a few 2009 new shape mps . I like the look of the newer cars and the fact they dont cost a fortune to tax ! I live just outside Glasgow there only seems to be one car available locally so i may have to travel .

Not sure if anybody knows this car ? . mileage is a bit higher that I would like .

Hi mate, cracking car, I had 3 years trouble free motoring with it, it has a 2nd decat and forge recirc on it, it's full digital service record, but the last few were done by my friend in his garage.
There are a few stone chips, but you'll struggle to find one with none.

I was very reluctant to sell it, until this car, I had never owned a car more than 18months and I would have happily kept it another 3 years. It was 300bhp of pure pleasure.

I also have a k&n intake for sale.............. ;-)

If you want to know anything else, don't hesitate to ask me.

Cheers for getting back to me Luke . I notice the garage is saying the car has full Mazda history but your mtes garage did the last two , I have caught this garage telling porkies before !
Is the dump valve one of the noisy ones ? Im getting a bit old for that kind of stuff now ,I prefer to fly under the radar now :)

Not noisy at all mate, unless you fit an intake. I think they probably mean full digital record, as I kept that up. It was due a service when I got rid of it too, so make sure it's had it! The mileage was also about 62.500 when it went.
I would also barter on the price, I had it up for 9200.

Mk2 MPS's have revised VVT parts so in theory should be a lot less likely to have issues.
