If mpg is a concern then you've night the wrong car. Yes you can get decent mpg but let's be honest it's not the type of car that's bought for its fuel efficiency.

Hope you get it sorted either way

I aint worrying about fuel , end of the day i aint paying for it. Either way i dont want to take the piss with work.

Half a tank of vpower nitro + in 105 miles lool ,not like i was giving it death in this weather anyway.

lets see what mazda says when my dad brings it there in a hour.

You MUST be driving on boost all the time to get 105 miles from 30 litres :yikes: Unless I've read that wrong, 15 litres gets me 75 miles town driving however I drive like ms Daisy to achieve that :horns:

tbh it was all town driving with the odd squirt up to 5500rpm.

how much fuel equates to one bar of fuel.

Bit of an update .

mazda cannot find anything wrong with it other than the tyres (low tread) so they have ordered them in.

they will then test drive

Didnt realise they was so tyre sensitive.

its a shame that the payment only cleared at 4.50 so my dad couldnt go back and get it ,so the mrs will drop me off to work tomoz and my dad will pick me up in it :D

Yeah I know what you mean sometimes I experience power lag, I don't get the forward shove characteristics of entering boost and I do not know why but other times it's there. Maybe it is me still getting use to the power

Question: If the car is already in boost and you floor it, I don't suppose you would feel much forward movement, as when it is entering boost? :chin:

Could have been a stale batch of fuel causing the power loss. Glad its all sorted now though. Time to get modding!

The right fuel? You do mean 98/99 RON, not just petrol?

Thank <deity of choice> for that. Puting 95 in mine when I couldn't get anything else made the power delivery quite soft, not that I WOTed it mind.
