yeh thatll be the one. ambleside isnt too far from me so ill bare him in mind if i cant thathm something. i like to do most things myself unless something specialist is required.

Dave is excellent at what he does and u s very jailed gable in the mps platform so if in doubt you'll know where to turn, his garage is called young motors if you need him.
When you do the sri, do the tip too as its very restrictive.
Heat shield??

Ah right, yeah it is proven to work by quite a bit.
Corksport sell them but they're about £100. Some have made their own from foam etc.
