hey jay is that the user control panel seems to be the only one i can find and could not find avatar pic got the pic all shrunk down etc excuse my thickness getting old. sorry mate just realised that the photo of my car that you have done is for me to fit as you will see it is done thanks alot jay :)

I think there is a couple of ways of doing this.

I found it easier to put my piccie on photo bucket first.

User control panel> profile > edit avatar > enter the pb link.

I think you can then change picture size to get the final shape correct if you want. (At the bottom of the page).
