Figured i would introduce myself. I stumbled across this forum looking for a review for something and was intrigued by a thread about MSF american hp numbers vs numbers over hear so now im just researching some stuff and hoping I can learn and spread some knowledge as well. I have a 2008 Sunlight Silver MS3 GT. Mods right now are a CX Racing FMIC, Denso stage cooler plugs, Corksport power series full SRI, turbosmart dual port BOV, Corksport DP, gutted exhaust, and Autotech HPFP internals on an AP stage 2++ tweaked map running 21psi. Im currently deployed to Kosovo and have been ordering a bunch of stuff so at home waiting on me are suspension goodies and just about every Sure part they make that i didnt have already. The Goal for now is around 420-450whp which is how i ended up here. I say one build from a 1st gen 3MPS with a gt3071 only putting out 370whp. Tying to figure out why so low. Could be the dyno could be a very safe tune but that seemed like it was on pump gas no meth no E85 which in that case sounds about what our guys are doing with similar setups. With out the E85 or meth you get some pretty unsafe KR readings trying to run over 20psi on the big turbos depending on the tune. I plan on going with a GT3076r on mine with a few more supporting mods to make is bullet proof but I can put down my goal safely with the set up I have in mind. Im open to opinions in everything. Styling, performance, A/V, ect. with a Dodge Caliber SRT4 Internals working just fine made this (VD we only use for a constant not actual measure) not to sure how well received VD's are with you guys. We dont trust em we have more go pros than mazdaspeed vehicle sin our group. About 30 of us with MS3's and MSP's and one MSM and a little video of us doing dumb things but the car racing the motorcycle was me racing a yamaha r6 before I got my fmic and internals on a stage 1 tune. All the videos were filmed from my car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t_po5brKyA

wow i like the mirrors. While im overseas I might pick some up. Im hoping to build a beast. At the end of the day i really dont care about a HP number but I want to to be able to hit the gas and throw in to the seat.... harder. Its already a fight for traction lol As for the Mazdaspeed logo i threw that in there because i know its probably weird to see that. No one here keeps them though. They debadge the entire car and everyone things its a regular 3. I take it the seat is different too lol

I probably wont be on here much but if any one is on MSF my username is the same and the guys in my area started a NATOR page on facebook with a bunch of good stories, info, and usually leads on sales on parts. https://www.facebook.com/groups/4507932 ... 4/?fref=ts

well over here we have 350/370Zs and G35/37s but in the picture above was a GTR. We have a meet every thursday In Charlotte, North Carolina and about 400 cars show up and with that group theres usually a few high end cars like the GTRs, lambos, 911 GTSs ect but unfortunately its mostly civics and EVOs and the EVO guys dont like us.

Yeah I've seen one guy just crank boost and tune and tune and tune on E85 stock turbo. It ran pretty quick black smoke and all but his friends killed it before he did. He had remote start on it and his friend left it in gear one night and he hits the button and it launches over a sidewalk and in to some srubs while its still trying to crank. He still managed to trade it in for a 2nd gen(GenPU as we call em) and is now trading that one in because at 8,000 miles on it he has destroyed the transmission BUT that was the one guy with a stock turbo I couldnt beat
