Personally, xo all the way. I reckon he's done more than BBR plus he has his A* reputation, he's cheaper and he's a great guy who won't tell you any BS.

Seems like the way forward - thanks Kendo

Just hit 5k this week and the motor is loosening up now. It's starting to feel faster for sure!

Really pleased with the way it goes in 5th & 6th on the motorway, significatly outperforms the luxo barges!

I've noticed there is a bit of tapping coming from the motor at idle, pretty sure its the valve lash on one of the valve springs, will the dealer do the valve clearances for free if I have a bit of a whinge do you think??

they are noisy engines, because they are chain driven. But if you are concerned, take it to the dealers under warranty.

I might just highlight it at the next service, as you say it does seem like a noisey motor by default.

2k more miles untill its fully run and the modding can begin!

Gotta love shopping center car parks...

Some c-unit has left a dink in the plastic grille just above the number plate. Must have been a faggot in a 4x4 or minivan...

Does anyone know how much the smiley plastic bit costs from Mazda? cheers
