a couple of guys have had issues with Turbo seals but certainly not an issue on every car or a major concern.

as above, every car will have its niggles....

Welcome to the forum, good luck with your search for a 3 mps.

I only got mine 3 weeks ago and i'm so so happy with it always puts a smile on my face yet such a nice car to sit on the motorway comfortably.

Phew!

My CTR is up for sale so am currently in the hunt for the right Mazda, nothing else tickles my fancy at the minute, like I said I nearly bought one before my current CTR, prices are much more attractive now though than 12 months ago! Second hand big petrols have become silly cheap!

What's the road tax, running costs like on say, a 57 plate?

Road Tax - High
Running costs (fuel) - High

thats why prices are lower than 12 months ago

MPG sounds better than expected tbh... I knew the road tax was the killer, £150 more than the CTR!

I looked at 6MPS' too, I like the look of both, I imagine 6's running costs considerably more though..

the important word in my post was "should" but it is possible depending on the journey, you will find some people not achieving this though....

No - i dont think the 6 is any more expensive to run and if you get an early example i believe you get cheaper road tax.

no the 3 MPS only came in FWD , although some adverts will tell you different so be careful. :slap:

all the 6 MPS's are 4WD/AWD

Yup cars registered before 2006 are the lower tax as the high bracket never came in till after then...IIRC.

I would say sensible 25-30 mpg then 22-25mpg having some fun and then less if your nailing it everywhere! haha.

I thought the 3's were AWD when I was first looking as a lot of adverts said they were...
