I’ve had mine 3 years and got it as a 2nd car when I worked at Mazda, but have only done @ 2k in that time so I’m toying with the idea of selling it, just wondering what people actually get for them when they sold. They’re a great Q car I think and very underrated. XFR sounds nice, another great car, what sort of money ? Cheers Gary

I bought my MPS new in 2006. It is now the second car in the family because our main car is a new Civic Sport which drives beautifully and is so full of modern kit that it makes the heavy MPS feel like a dinosaur. It also uses half the fuel. HOWEVER, we live on a hill and come a hard winter we will need the AWD MPS. We are also aware that there is nothing out there for the value of our MPS that we would be happy, so it is staying. In the performance department, the main difference is the fantastic torque of the MPS engine which the Civic does not have which makes it quite addictive.

Just found in the garage that I still have a complete VVT kit from Edge Autosport. Never fitted it as my car never showed signs of the actuator failing. Cost me over £400 brand new. Anyway - have put it on ebay for £250 starting price if anyone interested ... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232991642175

Still have the orginal Mazda wheels too (no tyres). All are in need of a refurb. But will give them away free to an MPS 6 owner if they want them. Pick up only from Buckinghamshire.
