Rear engine mount can be bought from over here from as little as £75 I believe it's the same as a focus st

Or could get from the states but i would personally order a few bits so you don't get stung on the import tax

that depends on how much you order, you will get stung for the over all value of the orders

ordered the Vibratechnics part....... I've been hearing a slight noise when letting the clutch out a little fast. I'm assuming its a slight rocking in the mount... I'm sure time will tell

just had the viber technics rear engine mount fitted...... certainly makes a difference. yes, a little more vibration at idle and when you blip the throttle lightly you can feel it, but the difference it makes to smoothness and gear changes...!! worth the small investment

Nice, I've been thinking of one too. Has it made the gear change quite a lot better? I guess its a lot better when making progress too. Did you fit it yourself?

Yeah mate smoother though the gears. No my mate is chief mechanic at a Mazda main dealer. But it's a very easy job. I'd have done it myself but don't have a proper jack or torque wrench.

Makes a big difference, a very worthwhile mod tbh.
