Hello Finally picked up a MPS6 last saturday after deciding this would be my next motor about 12 months ago I have a red 06 49k example, 2 previous owners private sale for £7k and its pretty much everything I expected it to be, fast and comfortable, driving time up to now has been limited due to working away from home but my initial impression is very very impressive piece of kit with added bonus of being quite rare (800 in the uk ?) My technical knowledge is limited to say the least, I know where the juice goes and where the loud pedal is and thats about it so Ill be asking some pretty basic advice as and when the need arises such as tyre choices etc Tyres atm are Bridgestone potenza RE050A at the front Pirelli pzero rossa on the back both in standard size and seem fine, any views of either would be appreciated or alternatives, also I read on the forum that changing to a none standard size of 225/40/18 will give a greater tyre choice which will be a lot cheaper and additionally sharpens up the turning, is this accurate ???

And yes 225/40/18 will give you a greater choice when you come to buy new boots.
