Take it to the guys at C&C Exhausts in Hillington. Tell them you were reccomened to go from the forum and even mention "daviemps" as he knows them well. I used them before and they were spot on! Expect to pay around £120 for a new flanged pipe to be made up. They will also give you the cat back so you can refit if you wish.

Ill second using c&c :)

Don't waste your cash on a turbo timer - common sense is a better option

Take it easy on last couple miles after driving hard / using turbo... No need to leave it running for a great deal of time on idle. I'll normally take it easy and allow around ten seconds. These cars are not like older style turbo cars which needed you to sit with the car running at idle to cool down or whatever.

Warming up oil temps before spirited driving is more crucial - 10-15 minutes if 5 degree or less : eek2 :

Plenty in the south, only a few of us up north :(

Yeah I'd go with turbo timer not being entirely necessary but for the few weeks I had my brothers scoobie I loved watching peoples confused faces as I parked up at work, got out and locked it with the engine still running and still be able to hear it as I got to my desk and only then would it turn itself off. I miss that bucket.
