Hi all. I'm new on here and currently contemplating the move to a 3 mps(currently got a 2005 civic type r) but unsure if to go for a mk1 or mk2 versions. A local dealer close to me has a 2009 mk1 with 14k miles for £8990. Whats peoples opinions on both mk's and any faults to look out for when viewing. Also does the £445 a year tax put you off the mk1? Cheers for now

Hello and what you should do is drive both cars fella and go from there the road tax pisses us all off but they are worth it at the end of the day

Hi mate, I've just bought a Mk1 and its a great car. Yes the road tax pi$$es me off but IF you can pay £400 (ish) for a years tax its well worth it. by the way its the amount of petrol you'll be putting in while you have fun :-) you want to worry about
