G'day Steve I gots my J2534 cable from the States yesterday so will be lookin to download the software this weekend...when the missus is watchin the Coronation Street Omnibus (that probably doesn't mean much to you...it's a bit like Dallas without the razzmatazz and shoulder pads...and sunsheine and good lookin women...and big Cadillacs)... I could sever a major artery during that and she wouldn't flinch... I had to tell her the cable was £20 ($30)....hmmm Anyways, I'm lookin forward to seeing what effect it will have on my Mazdy and am glad you'll be on hand to answer any questions that may arise....especially as the nearest experience I have to tuning is maxing out on mods on GT5 Cheers

Steve, I have now mapped my Mazdy using the software and am very pleased with the results thus far However, can you just confirm something to me; where is the copy of my original stock map? After the 25 minute copying finished and before the Versatuner was installed, there was a message to turn the key to ACC for 3 seconds but the cursor went missing on the screen and when I got to the next page and turned the key back to its original position it looked as though the software's search for error codes was interrupted. However, I have transposed a new map to the ECU and its worked....sooo, if I uninstall the Versatuner, will it automatically send the copy of my engine's stock map back onto it?...or should it appear as a separate file within the versatune map choices/options? Thanks in advance
