Hi, I'm in Ayrshire about 15 minutes South of Glasgow. It has actually done 77k miles. MOT expiry is 16/11/21 and it's done 4k miles since last MOT. Advisories were slight brake hose corrosion to ferrule on all four, sub frame corroded but not seriously weakened rear, slight play in both drop links and back brake pads, got drop links and brake pads for it. I just didn't have time to get it all done. Rest of the bad points, nearside wing needs replaced due to rust and bad repair, offside wing slight rust but looks like easy repair. Wheels need a refurb. Mirrors and spoiler need paint fixed. Main bad point though is drive shaft/ inner cv joint i think. Since i had the car always been a clunk noise from front somewhere. After numerous mechanics, including Mazda telling me there was no clunk and couldn't find anything wrong or telling me it was wishbone bushes/droplinks/top strut mount/shocks, a guy across the road lay under car and wiggled drive shaft and problem found. Unfortunately that was just recently and whilst driving home started vibrating heavily and it looks like inner cv joint/boot has given up. Shit, this is sounding bad but it's not as bad as lol. It's still a cracking car though. It always starts, always runs, rest of the bodywork is in pretty good nick for its age. Interior is very good condition. I took a video a few days ago of car, starting for 1st time in roughly 8 weeks, it doesn't look as though i can post it on here but if you want to see it contact me and we can work out a way for you to view. Cheers
