Fr are ok as long as the stuff is in stock, if not then you could be waiting a while as they order by container load from the states, phone them first to check stock, as for exhaust...have you thought about going custom??

FR-R will take as long as Totalshite (TotalMPS) to deliver if its not in stock so make sure first. Took near 2 months to deliver my corksport intake from them.
What exhaust is it you are looking at and what price?
Like Richie mentioned its worth looking at custom systems too
