Hi all,

My name is Frank and I'm a lucky driver of a 3MPS MK1 in Cosmic Blue. I bought the car in 2012.
Last year in september I had an accident with the car, complete front was damaged. I decided to rebuilt him.
The car is now at the paintshop ready to get a respray. Can't wait to get it fixed.

Anyway, mods on the car:
Catless 1st downpipe, stock catback
Autotech HPFP
InJen CAI
CP-e TIP
Turbosmart Blowoff VTA
HR loweringsprings on Sachs dampers
Now looking for some tuning, Cobb AP or something like that.

Greetings from Holland,

Frank.

Welcome along. Some decent mods done so far, but I think the tuning will make a far bigger difference than current mods. I'm sure you'll enjoy the process!

Keep us updated on your progress

Welcome to the club, have you been running the car with a catless down pipe and no tune?

As above, a dp with no tune?
Also, vta dump valve isn't a good thing on these cars

Only the first cat is removed. Still running the second one. AFR, boost and fuel pressure is all perfect.
15PSI from 3000rpm at WOT till 5800rpm flat. Never had any troubles with the blow off. Is mounted for 50.000km allready.

The only damage I have is an accident with another car.

Here's a picture:

So I bought a second MPS from Switzerland as a donor for parts

Here the damage is fixed, now at the paintshop

So alot of work to do, alot of parts. And a lot of money. But I don't care, the car is so great to drive. I just love her

Asking for trouble with that first cat removed without a tune.
