Hello all! I am a complete noob with the Mazda 6 MPS , in fact I don't even own one yet! I am currently in the market for a modified Mazda 6 MPS and my budget is £4200. I hope to find one soon and get posting on here! I fell in love with the Mazda 6 MPS when I first saw it on the road, I think it looks clean and smooth and man when that guy put his foot down I was so impressed. I am 19 , 20 in august and insurance is a tad expensive but nothing I am not used too and have already found a decent quote, I currently drive a Hyundai Coupe. I live in Colchester Essex. Anyways, Hello! I hope to be more active here one I finally find my dream Mazda 6 MPS.

Welcome along.
Best if you don`t jump in too quickly especially if you after a modified 6. Do plenty of reading up on this forum first and find out as much as you can about any prospective cars.

Red is the best btw :p Colour has got to be Red, Dark Grey or Black. My last 2 cars have been red and I would love a red 6 with black wheels and accessories. As for car specs, I am looking for a car that has non-stock wheels on it and is getting at least 280bhp.

Not sure you'll pick up a modified one for that money? I sold my pretty much standard one for £4750 last month.

The silver ones say no under 25's lol, and it has a dump valve, that's a no no on these. As for the black one, it's work and remap was done at BBR, crap, should of sold for £50 because of that ha

Well I guess it is a good job I was on holiday this weekend otherwise I would have brought the black one.

Exceptions rather than the rules I'd suggest. Besides, that one at £4000, seems too cheap to me.

It did seem too cheap to me as well, I was going to go look at it with my mechanic however it sold before I was back from holiday this weekend... Guess it wasn't meant to be . To be honest I would be happy with a stock 6 with just some new wheels... If I am right it doesn't appear to be too expensive to get the car too 280bhp? Also a new BOV is a must, as a young driver the turbo noise is just a drug I want to start taking ASAP!

These cars can't be run with a bov, you need a recirculation valve as the air is metered and the air to fuel ratio is then calculated by the ecu so you can't afford to dump it I'm afraid.
