Hey Everyone!

Thought I would post a note to say hello, just picked up my MPS 3 Mk2 2011 the other week and finally got round to taking some pics during a drive up north (Fort William and Oban). Very impressed with it, keeps outperforming my expectations with every aspect.

Here it is, standard so far apart form LED lights all round interior and exterior - got a few things planned for it and a few things in the post already. 14k now on clock, very clean car.

I can confirm that it does fly...quite literally, I had what felt like 2ft of air off a bump on Sunday! The roads I usually drive are quite bumpy, I was planning on dropping it with some coil-overs but after that I am still trying to make up my mind! lol

Looking for some Rota Grid's if anyone knows of any going?

Woo, another Scot

There's usually a monthly meet down south, alternating between Stirling and Glasgow and there's also a "NATOR" style meet in the planning up in Aberdeen if you fancy a trip.

And while its been mentioned what is actually mean by a "NATOR" meet?

Cheers everyone. Any recommendations for a local custom exhaust garage? Trying to decide custom or an off the shelf?? The down pipe is gonna be the Cobb one with extra bungs tho.

I need an auto sprayer/bodyshop? Need a few custom bits done.

Good to see some MPS activity going on! I'll try and come along but I have a wee one on the way in November and running y own business takes up most of my time anyway!

I'm scared - I think I have expensive taste. Won't settle for anything less than Rota Grid's or the like, gonna be my first big buy!

I don't think so, I did see another White MK2 MPS 3 heading south on Sunday though...maybe them.

Well Saturday night got the better of me and I now have a set of BC RM Coilovers on the way. Any suggestions on a good setup?

If anyone is looking for coilovers there are some decent UK prices here...http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/uprated/bc-racing-er-series-coilovers/mazda/3-mps.html (link opens in new window)
