Hi i have had my 6 MPS in black for 2 months now and love the car to bits, so far iv fitted a turbosmart recirc, corksport stage 2 (which was a nightmare because of customs) longlife exhaust from 2nd cat, 2nd decat which i am going to change for a sport cat from longlife and get them to put tips on my exhaust as i dont like the look of pea shooters! refurbed wheels gun metal grey, red callipers, lowered with eibachs, metal pressed plates and the x car link. Have got a few more things left like a ssp but power wise im happy. Thing is im getting the tractor noise on start up for a second now and again, is this the actuator? i also have vvt paranoia so if anyone could recommend a garage where i could get this done, i dont mind travelling! Also were is the best place to get all the kit from? I got a full service history but there is no mention of any major work done, thanks for any help!

Hello and :welcome:
There's another black 6 in Bridgend. Meetkane's.

As for the VVT kit, cheapest (even after customs and delivery) is here..

David Hastie is the best mechanic for the job, many of us have travelled 100's of miles to him as he's that good at what he does and is well priced and his work is awesome.
(Expect serious piss taking banter off him though) :)
