I got my Mk1 3 MPS in December and I've been lurking around here since then.. Great forum and everyone seems very friendly. I've picked up loads of very sound info and advice by browsing through the threads on here. So thanks to all!! :hats:

I've got a few plans for the future, but nothing outrageous..

In this order, they are:

  1. MPSOC Membership
  2. Refurbish alloy wheels (not sure about colour yet, but leaning towards standard silver)
  3. Fuel pump internals, SRI & Cobb v3

Thanks again for all the useful reading, and I'm already loving being an MPS owner...

Hello and :welcome:

Feel free to ask any questions as we are a friendly bunch... Always price up your options before buying parts as importing from America is often cheaper

Welcome along mate.

Might want to consider upgrading the tip when doing the sri - seems to be cheaper buying the 2 together.

Any pics of the car?

Thanks for the tip about the tip Garry

And I added a few pics here:

It's pretty standard looking though, just lowered on coilovers.

Hi and welcome, if you start tuning research and shop around can get expensive just had the pleasure of an unexpected import tax / handling charge £361 great way to start the week. Sure you'll love the car.
