Newbie here. Hope yas are all well Just moved on from a 2001 S55 AMG Want to try 4 wheel drive and have heard lot of good things about the 6 Got 6k as will cost 2000e to bring across the water. Saw one on auto trader in Buckinghamshire 34k 2006/56 plate £6500 Another in Hoddesdon 65k 2006/55 plate £5995 Would anyone know about them and do the price seem a lot for year. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Welcome aong mate. Not looked at 6's for sale for a while, but those two seem a bit pricey. I paid less than that for mine a year ago with 21k on the clock and fsh. Personally, I would keep looking.

@highbeem - im from Northern Ireland and a friend of mine has a standard red 6 MPS for sale at the minute. Would be alot handier for you rather than going to the mainland for one. I can get some pics/spec if you like?

In fact you could come over to Britain for a week's holiday, view plenty of MPS's and then drive it back and probably have €1,500 left to spend on mods.

In order to drive it legally over there you need to register it with their version of the dvla, which is what costs all the dosh I believe?

^^^^^^ hes got it. You pay VRT to bring the car in to the south of ireland, even costs more to bring one from North to South, but bringing one from North to South would save on flights/shipping etc....
