Hi, been watching the forum since I bought my MPS3 MKII over a year ago. Great people, great cars - almost got me modding... I've loved every minute of owning it! What other car will give so much fun for just £175 fully comp? (I'm an old timer btw!). Anyway, the car isn't getting the use it deserves. It's now 20 months old having done less than 6K. It's totally bog-standard and has all the toys but spends most of its life sitting in my garage out of the rain (like a 4-wheeled Harley-D). Now planning an early retirement so I'll probably change it for something that will tow a caravan, time to act my age! Just wanted to introduce myself and to say hello.

Hi and welcome to posting on the forum! Can't go wrong with a cx-5 for towing your caravan, equipment can be the same as your MPS and the engines are decent.

The CX-5 is a very nice car and the interior is lovely too. The new Sky Activ engines get a good write up too!

An mps towing a caravan Now that would be fun. Keep the car and go out kicking and screaming.

We should set up a record attempt with big dunc.

Hello mate. Yeah I'd go down the route of CX5/CX7, quite nippy for a big thing.

...an embarrassed chav? What could be worse that being beaten by what he thinks is a crap car driven an older guy towing a caravan. His mates will laugh at him for years
