Hi to all, Im new to this and have owned my mk2 mazda 3 mps now for a year. I've noticed on a few occasions that if you floor the car it sometimes pulls a lot on the steering. This has also been noticed when hitting a small bump or pothole in the road. I've always wanted to lower the car but have never getting around to doing it but I've also been told that lowering the vehicle makes this pulling problem a lot better. Just wanting a few opinions and where else better to find out than this site. Thanks all.

you want eibach or h+r springs, the pulling under acceleration is torque steer, try driving with the dcs off as i find it alot better for some reason

Thanks will look at switching that off. I'm looking at 25mm front and 15mm rear. Is this normal because on previous cars I have had its been lowered 25/30mm all around. Does this 25mm front and 15mm rear make it look asif it's sitting nice and equal or look like a drag car. Been looking at hr springs but will look into eibach.

them figures are the stock lowered suspension on the mk1 aero. i would be looking at lowering it the same allround on the mk2. i dont see how it would help cure torque steer though.

A decent set of engine mounts will eliminate all torque steer.
