Well there goes the application for a personal loan. Fingers crossed I'm accepted, then it's MPS hunting time!

Azzaboy, already been scouring them and Mazda's locator :) Camarthen are replacing the demo car I test drove soon (White) with a red one in 2 weeks, so I'm gonna see if they put that white one up for sale. If not, there's one in Southampton, 59 plate for 17,200, or Nottingham for 16,800.

BB, I'm not overly fussed on the silver or black to be honest. They are really nice, but the styling (the raised bits in the bonnet and the trim below the doors) seem to stand out in the white more. All down to personal taste and preference I guess.

I'm torn between the Red and the White on the Mk2 also, can't decide what my favourite is.

MT, after looking at them for days online, I've decided on the white. For some reason, the red one reminds me of the new shape Type-R?!

KK, sounds like you have the ONLY black mk2 on the forum :D

Going along to the localish garage on Saturday to try and talk them into a good deal :)

Hopefully print outs of prices significantly lower than theirs at other Mazda dealers and my charm and good looks will help seal the deal

Well the white one they wouldn't come down from their dreamland prices, so I went to another garage and got a deal on a red one :) Getting it on Wednesday.

Will do, picking it up around 6 to 630pm on Wednesday so if it's still bright when I get home, I'll get some snaps :)
