Did just that - guess what? Sky are HALF the price, so I have immediately taken up the insurance for the exact same cover with only a £250 excess. Thanks to this forum, I just saved almost £400! What accessories can I get for that sort of money?

drrkscott wrote: Lancer Ralliart When you said this I assumed it was an Evo... but while I was at the Mistu garage today I saw one and was surprised to find it was a hatchback Lancer. Interior is quite nice, the rear is a bit strange (a little Focus-esque), front looks nice, very similar to its Evo brother. Did you get to drive it? I have a test drive booked for Thursday

Ralliart is the neutered version of the Evo X - same engine (detuned), same double-clutch and paddle system gearbox, less AWD electronic trickery and interior slightly upmarket from standard lancer - GPS trim is leather. Spoke to a few local dealers but neither would move on their prices - 2010 plate as a pre-register still north of 21K. My 11 month old mps was less than 13K, so bang for buck, the little mazda wins hands down. No, I didn't test drive one.

Hi Xorro, YouTube has a vid reviews of WRX/Ralliart/Mps in the "Hot Hatch shootout" - that's what got me looking the little beast up on Google... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98of6GaH ... L&index=17

Good question - probably something to do with it being almost identical in shape/looks to the Evo X and therefore a potential market reduction in UK Evo X sales (as people would go for the lower priced Ralliart and then mod it up to Evo X performance!)
