I doubt I'll ever go as far as fitting a DP but if I were going to the bother of importing one, for the sake of £60-80 more I'd take the Cobb - it looks awesome with the cast section.

This is only required on aftermarket turbos with different exhaust housing sizes to the K04 as the wastegate flappers tend to be bigger hitting part of the downpipe when opening

Agreed! The cobb one look better made and thought out. How necessary is a downpipe for 300bhp?

Its not, you can get to 300bhp without a downpipe.

I've got a cobb downpipe with a 200 cell. I won't have it fitted before ingleston but I'll bring it with me so you can see it.

Sweet, I didn't know you'd managed to get your hands on one! It looks really well designed and built. Did you import it (Edge group buy?) or did you bite someones hand off?
