Damon MPS6 wrote: Gavin looking at what you said do you think I should just leave the front mount intercooler then?? Garage reckons agains of 20/30 BHP from it. thats pap- you will get very litte gains and create a tad more turbo lag aswell. the ko4 just cant flow enough imo. other people may argue otherwise unless your gonna go masive power. a su tmic from total mps at £299 is the way forword for your build. Is jdm going to be remapping it? have they remapped an mps any befor? MPS are unique and difficult to get right. As for the power through my front wheels, yes its abit of a fight with torque ster but not as bad as you think, the lsd hepls keep in check, once on the move its a beast. rolling pulls is where its at in the mazda 3 mate although i have managed a times 5.45 0-60 when it was running 321bhp. dave has run a 4.7 in his 6mps. heres my tmic, mine an ets.

Like Gav said. For what you're after you'll be better with the SU Top Mount at 299, along with Tip and Sri,2nd cat delete, possibly hpfp and remap then you'll be about the figure you're after and closing in on the K04 running out of puff anyway

Do you have a number I could ring?? that one isnt 299 that one is £430 as it an ets but an su will do the same thing as its the same size core. Total mps is still inder construction but here this his original name of xopower http://www.xopower.co.uk/Guntehr is your man, worth the trip to get it remapped from him. he can supply you with nearly everything you will ever need for an mps. He's a top bloke.
