Hey all. Looking at getting my first hot hatch (or even remotely quick car) in the summer and have been on a few test drives lately and I've decided the Mk2 3 MPS is gonna be the car for me Apart from the rediculous amount of items that would normally be optional extras, and the slip diff, the main thing for me over the others was that it was an absolute riot to drive. You know when you look for new cars and you just get feeling about one of them that this is THE car for you, well this is it for me, plus I just had a big cheesy grin on my face for the whole test drive! Looking at actually going for the purchase around June time, so thought I'd join to read more from people who own the car, before doing the deal. All the best and speak to you all soon!

haha cheers guys, at the moment I may be joining the common lot In the garage I went to, they had a silver one for sale and a white demo (the one I drove) and the silver was quite dull, but the white looked good. I've seen a black one elsewhere and don't like that either. They are getting a new demo in this week though which is red, so I'm gonna pop along and see how it looks compared to the white.

Makes me cry the price I would get for my 6 now, If I was doing it again tho' and had the choice I'd be torn between what I have and Stoddie's. That is one sweet 3 !!
