Hello all!!  Just paid deposit and collect next weekend. Needs a little tlc (alloys need refurb... im going for black & needs a service) but it was at a very good price that i couldnt ignore! Currently getting some warranty quotes to have some worry free motoring for 12 months. And coming from an S3 which in the space of 6 months needed a head gasket, and an engine loom its something i dont mind buying  Only issue is now..... to remap, or not to remap! My focus ST i had was running 300hp with the usual bolt on additions and handled it fairly well. Im sure the MPS is better with its LSD Oh and one bonus - its £500 cheaper to insure than my S3 & my previous ST! That covers the cheap road tax eh!  Matt

Welcome mate Know what you mean about insurance. I was paying extra £200 a year on a 1.6 civic than a 2.3T MPS

Haha im trying to be sensible and take it slow with this car.... I know how slippery that modding slope is! Thanks for the replies guys - once i pick the car up ill post some pictures etc. Not that you all dont know what a red mk1 3mps is like Warranty is only £380 for 12 months full cover. So might as well.
