Hi everyone, my name is James and I've just bought a Mazda6 mps on an 06 plate for quite a steal lol. Im in Gloucestershire and so far loving the car. I'm fitting a new timing chain kit with vvt pulley on monday for piece of mond and the fact its rattling abit :mpsoc:

What do you class as a steal?
You're changing the whole lot for the vvt yes? Not just the chain and vvt actuator.

£2000. Im 99% sure that the Vvt has given up the ghost, so instead of just changing that, thought i might aswell do the whole lot in one go, chain, oil pump chain, both tensioners,guides and gears. Just setting up a dropbox so i can upload a pic :)

New crank bolt and friction washers too, do NOT re use them
