That switch is nothing to do with me though. Does it have a starter button where the 12v socket should be?
It had black badges all around and the alloys were not scuffed !
Sold it about 4 years ago though so lots could happen in the meantime. (like the rather high speeding tickets I got when it was in the hands of the dealer lol) Hi DLM, yes it does have a press start button! I'm guessing this could be your old car, it still looks the part, paint and bodywork is very clean. Alloys unfortunately are needing a refurb soon. The front grille including Mazda emblem have been done in black vinyl and suits the car. I wasnt sure on the vinyl on the body (extreme style) so I removed it, I think I prefer the clean look. It has a fancy EONON stereo fitted, built in sat nav etc, quite like it. I didn't realise the 3 MPS came with 18's for some reason I just assumed they were 17's. Well she goes pretty well, not sure how standard it is, maybe a shot on a RR for a power run will give me an idea. I fitted HEKO tinted wind deflectors about an hour ago, look quite good

Enjoy it mate, should never of sold it really. It had a very early sanspeed map on it so get the best from the SRI I had fitted (sold when I sold car ) obviously no idea what it might have on it now. It had a brand new engine fitted under warranty at 19k miles due to an issue that Mazda couldn't resolve. I don't actually like the look of the vinyl now but it looked individual at the time. The black grill and badge was also put on by myself. As I say, have fun.

It does sound like its running a little bit more boost - maybe I should invest in one of those short ram intakes

An intake and Sanspeed map was really all that was available. Lots more choices now though. Spend away fella.

Welcome mate, on clan japan too, although not visited for quite a while. Come to the next meet and soon find out what that switch does, if it means ripping your car apart in the car park so be it . I am excited to get to the bottom of this switch. Hopefully it isn't one of those stupid ebay boards that cost £20 and supposed to add 30bhp guaranteed!

Kenny, forgot to reply - Yes, tam's Scooby is mega clean, its pretty damn spotless tbh, daz gets lots of attention with the Paj evo, I know its had the engine rebuilt last year, was supposedly a proper ball ache as well.
