Hi All. I picked up my 2008 3 MPS last weekend an have enjoyed every minute in it so far. Found this site looking at dump valves and 2nd decat options. Now I'm hooked on this site and have more plans on my wishlist. Looking forward to spending a lot of time on this forum and looks like I have a lot of reading ahead of me :-) Cheers Tim

Welcome
These cars dont run well with 100% dump valves , a forge recirc will make a similar noise and keep the car running well.

. You should bought a 6 but apart from that good call. I got all excited when the previous owner through in a brand new forge atmospheric valve he hadn't fitted, only to realise after some reading that I need a recirc valve instead. Oh well. Enjoy the forum, there's so much great info on hear and so many great people willing to help.
