When you finally find one you like and buy, make sure you replace the bottom engine mount, it will improve things drastically.
When looking for the VVT ignore the ticking coming from the top of the engine, approx in the middle on the right, near the air intake pipe... because that's just the fuel pump.
Oh and black is the best color
