Thanks for the tip, I'll let them know before they start pulling the control panel to pieces! Paid just under £6K. It's got 2 months warranty and I challenged him on this because these warranties aren't usually worth the paper they are printed on but apparently it's a fully comprehensive warranty and covers everything. Any suggestions on things I can do / look for in these two months? Cheers Graham

Cheers Graham You've covered what to watch for. My advice, put some £ aside every month and get the VVT done just for piece of mind. Personally if I was you I'd do the vvt, the diff mounts and then have £ to one side incase your turbo ever decides its had enough.

Cheers Graham Just drive it and enjoy it. Keeping some money for the 'what if's' would be sensible as people sometimes forget its a performance car so not cheap to run. (That's why you can get a 27000 miler for a good price) IMO 2 months isn't a very long warranty.

i know, i would have expected at least 3 or 6 months but i guess it is a used 7 year old car. although i thought dealers had to give a min of 3 months? Can't remember but hopefully it won't matter!
