SpamFace wrote: Hello and Seems your already reading up on the right things Soon empty your wallet on here, I wanted to stay standard So where abouts in Lancashire are you then? Cheers for the welcome! I've not had anything to 'improve' since I had an S14A a couple of years back or at least not on that scale, so that's part of the MPS appeal. My brother is the same and his cars don't stay std for more than a few hrs. I plan on finding the right car and then I'll try and address it in stages with the essential stuff first and then build on that. I'm over in Blackpool.

Bobster wrote: Welcome aboard .. The mps is a rare beast good luck with your hunt to find one. Cheers fella. Yes they are a rare beast but that's part of the appeal. I have an old straight six Volvo on classic insurance in the garage, which I can smoke around in, so I might just be sensible and shift the SAAB before buying an MPS. I'm rarely sensible when it comes to cars.

Looks like a good place to start. That's 2.5-3k well spent, and all you'll ever need....well at least for a few weeks

Jim wrote: Hello to It'd seem your car time line is simailar to mine S14a - Saab 9-3 to Mps6 It does indeed, although my S14 was a third car at the time and fighting for space with a very rapid 9-5 Aero (The Millennium Falcon) and my lazy boy 7 series. How did you find the jump from the 9-3 to the MPS?

Bobster wrote: Thought about a 3mps maybe Or do you prefer the 4 wheel drive I like the idea of AWD, especially in a damp country like this plus I rather like the shape of the 6 in a stealthy sleeper kind of way.
