Hi Guys,

Just bought a 2007 Mazda 6 MPS with 114k on the clock, full service history albeit from Dealers and Specialists. Cam Chain and VVT Kit already done. Really enjoying the car until this morning when a fault became apparent! Struggled to start this morning on the drive to work noticed at around 2000-2500 rpm it feels as if its misfiring and it has a hesitation. Then intermittently when in boost around 4000-4500 it feels as if it cuts all power! In need of some major help with this! Either way I am loving the car and have some big but modest plans for it!

Mac

New spark plugs needed I would say, gap them to 0.7mm :D

I am guessing this is a common thing with these? Its all happened after I have fitted a Forge Recirc and the Turbo Inlet part of the Sure Sport Induction. As I am lead to believe if I fit the Air Intake with the MAF I would need the car mapping.

Any help appreciated buddy so thank you!

Those two mods would not affect the car in the way you described if installed correctly so I would still say it is plugs.
