Morning everyone,

I have just taken possession of a Cosmic Blue Mk1 '09 Plate from my father on 54K who cannot drive it anymore due to health issues (hopefully only a temporary situation). I have said I will give it some love.

Looking at the service history and upon driving it I think I need to do the following:

- Sort a knocking from the passenger side front. Give the suspension some love (Any recommendations for decent aftermarket parts let me know)
- Brake Fluid, Gearbox Oil, Spark Plugs are needed.
- Fitting the aux to the standard Bose system (Cable on order).

Longer term plans will be refurbing of alloys and bodywork bits and bobs assuming it becomes a more permanent part of my fleet.

Bilstien make a nice set of shocks for these cars.

B8 shocks. They have shorter pistons perfect for lowering springs to reduce chance of hitting bump stops
