I’m reluctantly selling my 56 plate Mazda 6MPS in Titanium Grey. 78k miles. £4200 ono

The car has been my daily driver for a year and half and has never let me down but a slightly impulsive purchase last month (Mk2 MR2 Turbo) means it has to go. It’s been very well looked after both during and prior to my ownership. It has a part Mazda service and was sold as a Mazda approved used car about 3 years ago and then a folder full of receipts and invoices since stopping using Mazda for servicing.

I’ll get the bad bits out of the way first:
Small scratch on the nearside front wing. Only noticeable in the right light – I tried to take a picture of it but couldn’t really see it.
Back offside arch starting to show slight signs of rust. Not broken through the paint yet – picture below
Small area of paint flaking on the back bumper where some lovely person dinged it in a car park and didn’t leave their details – picture below
Slight wear to the drivers side bolster. Leather has not worn through and is just a bit scuffed – I’ll send pictures if anyone wants them.
Front discs and pads need replacing. I hope to do them before sale but can’t guarantee – I’ll knock off £100 from the price if they haven’t been done before new buyer collects.

Now for the good bits  :
I bought the car in January 2016 from another forum member and it already had a few nice mods which I’ve added to:
3” powerflow stainless steel cat back exhaust (no issue with emissions emissions)
Cobb V3 and remapped by DJJUT
Corksport SRI & TIP
Autotech HPFP
Forge V2 BPV
H&R springs (fitted about 6 months ago and covered 2k miles)
AWR REM
Original alloys powder coated in metallic bronze approximately 1 year ago
New rear discs and pads (going on this week)
Parrot Bluetooth/USB/IPOD connections
Almost new Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tyres (done about 2k miles)
Spare OEM alloys with Toyo R888 tyres (wheels need refurbed and tyres are just on the wrong side of legal. Would make good track or winter wheels/tyres)
2 sets of interior mats (so I can clean and dry one set and still have originals in  )
New battery 3k miles ago
Replaced plastic trim between window glass and doors (common problem with this chipping)
6 months MOT (no advisories)
Factory fitted satnav with updated maps
Rear parking sensors

Overall, the car is in a great condition for its age. Obviously, there are a few marks on the paint but I’d say it’s well above average for the age with the exception of the 2 small areas photographed below. Interior is excellent as well, again with only the drivers bolster showing any wear. Mechanically the car is perfect. I’ve never had any mechanical issues since buying it and in the past 18 months the only slight problem was a bad connection on the rear window demister that led parasitic drain on the battery (now fixed and new battery). Car has also been regularly detailed since my ownership and comes up great with little effort.
