2006 Mazda 6 MPS That is Lightly Modified
This is a hard decision and comes with a heavy heart but since i need to down size and get something a bit more economical this is the only reason for me selling.
Because this on the MPSOC forum im sure you will already know what the MPS is and what its all about.
The car its self has now just clocked over 116K but these are all motorway miles since i had to travel from Kent to Birmingham every two weeks,
i don't have to do these silly miles anymore but since the car is my daily the mileage will still go up.
The body work of the car is good but since it has mostly been on the motorway vehicle it does have the normal stone chips on the bumper and bonnet,
it also has a scratch down the drivers front wing this was caused by an old lady who clearly couldn't drive, i didn't get it touched up since i polished
it out as much as i could (how ever you can still see the scrape included in the photos) Now the car is now 9 years old it doesn't look it because i clean it
weekly and polish / wax as well.
The interior of the car is very good considering the 116K miles i have looked after the interior as much as i could since this is where you sit and spend most of your time.
The rear seats are in very good nick since not many people get to sit in the back only my son and he is in this car seat anyway, the passenger seat is also in
good nick since its only my partner who sits there and shes small so cant do any damage, my drivers side seat is in good condition even though my fat bum has
been in it. All of the speakers are working brilliant and if you know of the MPS they come with BOSE speakers out the factory which you cant really
fault them no matter what music you are into.
The way the car drives is brilliant and faultless and very easy to live with for a daily car, one of the best bits is that you can drive the car fast without really trying.
It will also seat 4 grown people comfy (with arm rest in the back) for a long drive with out stopping for a rest. i only used the car as a family car which was big enough
to to put a baby in the back and all of his toys for long trips to see grand parents. The power that the car has is unbelievable you wont be able to find anything else
out there for this amount of money which is this bloody quick when standard! and when you pull up to some kids in there Corsa's you can just put your foot down and
leave them at the lights with your whole family in the car!
I have always used Vpower or tesco 99octain since the engine really will not work well with anything else. in my year and a half of owner ship i have had the
car serviced and MOT which it has passed with flying colours and i assure you it should in future days to come. i haven't changed the pads or disks since when it
last went for the service he said i shouldn't be needing them for a while (i bought the car with new pads and disks). i have always let the car warm up and cool down
before i go anywhere even if its just up the road to get some bread and you look like a pillock just sitting in the car with the engine is on but its for a good cause!
MOT will run out on the 23rd April 2015 and tax will run out on the 28th of February 2015

The modifications that i have added to the car i think make it a much better car and its what it should of come with out the factory with. One of the main Mods
that you can see and will hear when you come and view the car is moderately loud custom exhaust, this at full chat sounds epic and you can really hear all the pops
and bangs of the car when you are on over run and when you boot it and change gears! I have a turbo smart bypass valve which you can also hear when you
change gears and hear the cat sneezing sounds or the fluttering at lower RPM. To match this i have installed a boost gauge which i have retro fitted into the
center console where the middle air flap is (i will also show you photos of this install). To add to this i have got a Stage two intake ram by cork sport which i
had installed on Christmas day, also when i was changing this i checked the turbo for play and it doesn't have much play in the shaft which is a good thing.
Another thing that i have added to the car is a Sure Sort shift plate to make the gear throw a lot shorter than it normally would. However i might be taking
this out unless after you have viewed the car if you like it i will leave it in with the selling of the car.
To maximize the gears i have added some Sure Anchors which make the stick more sturdy and you can find them gears when you really need to. To top off the Mods
i have also put on some H&R lowering springs which give the car a much lower stance also a lot better in the corners with out all the body roll you would normally get.
As you can see i have only lightly modded the car to make it i feel a better car that it should of been out of the factory, i have also been told that if you
want to remap the car it would easy make 280/290 bhp with the existing mods.
Another thing that you would need to know is that the car has had the VVT chain done just before i bought the car so it wont be needing a change anytime soon.
I also has a full history from new and i have all the receipts that show whats on the car and all the service stamps which are now all full up and on a new stapled in page.
The car also comes with a spare key and is all HPI clear since i have check before i bought the car.
I think that i have put a good price up considering the cars age and all the existing mods on the car however i am open to offers and the car is available to view when ever you want to.
I am based in Birmingham Halesowen but i will be going down to Kent every so often to visit parents.
The private plate will not be in the sale but since i have to get the reg off i cant sell the car for a month.
