Just wanted to say how pleased I am with Chris Knott Insurance

Just called to update my reg number as my private plate is now going on the car, my call went straight through to Darryl who was efficient and clear and best of all there was no charge for doing this (quite right too) although all other firms seem to charge!

Please pass my comments on, so far so good with Chris Knott and I'm glad I choose them so thanks MPSOC for the heads up (I didn't know of CK before this forum)

FYI Adrian Flux dont charge for plate changes either.

I was with AF before CK and found them to be awful and they did charge me for the plate change and everything else they could, wouldn't ever go back to them personally mate

I have read a lot of bad press about them on here, but in the time I have been with them they have been OK. I recently changed plates and they didn't charge me.

Hmm maybe they are trying to reform and become more competitive but they messed me around big time during my policy so I would never return

I have heard that a few times, and almost didn't go with them for that reason, but on the day I had to decide they were a fair bit cheaper than any of the other companies that advertise on here.
