Found you through Google. Hoping to get a new car in the next few months, my Toledo v5 is beginning to fall apart! Hopefully I'll be picking the 1 I like best from:- 3MPS, TYPE R, SCIROCCO and CUPRA, going to have a test drive in each before deciding but I like to read the forums to get a heads up from all you aficionados, that way I learn about any foibles/features/tips etc. about a car before lashing any cash!

Hi all,

I'm in the process of looking for a MkII 3MPS, so the forums are being very useful. Thanks to all.
I've already driven both the MkI and MkII and I find the MkII a little less abrupt.
I don't agree with a lot of the formal reviews which have been done on this car recently, as the 'normal' person will never get a basis for all the different cars in it's class which the reviewers have and there is a very strong bias. The mazda is fast, comfortable, good looking, good value, reasonably rare, so it fits my preferences perfectly.

If I get one it'll be a LHD version as I'm currently based in mainland Europe, so I hope driving on the 'wrong' side doesn't affect me too much.

A very entertaining drive and am looking forward to owning it.

Hey everyone,

Just got my 3 MPS about 4 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Never been on an owners forum before, i've just had pretty standard cars before this one.

Oh, found the forum through google, old site first then re-directed.

Hello everyone (again). I found the site through google. Found another mazda forum but it was a bit general (I.e all versions of mazda cars not just MPS's).

Ive been a member of forums since I cant remember and a member of car forums mainly seatcupra.net since I was 16. Now 23 so quite sometime.
